The June 2010 Daring Bakers’ challenge was hosted by Dawn of Doable and Delicious. Dawn challenged the Daring Bakers’ to make Chocolate Pavlovas and Chocolate Mascarpone Mousse. The challenge recipe is based on a recipe from the book Chocolate Epiphany by Francois Payard.
It's a little late and the mousse didn't quite turn out, but here it is, delicious all the same.
Lovely the plating of the challenge and it is not uncommon to have a sneaky 'treat' thief in the Daring Bakers. Cheers from Audax in Sydney Australia.
